Income Reimagined: Looking Beyond Traditional Fixed Income

Ms. Webster is a Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Product Strategy. She joined Guggenheim in 2024. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Ms. Webster spent seven years at BlackRock most recently leading the Product Strategy team for Leveraged Finance as part of the Global Fixed Income group. Prior to that, she was a Client Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and began her career at PIMCO. Ms. Webster holds a B.A. in Economics from University of Chicago, as well as an M.B.A. in Analytic Finance, Economics and Accounting from its Booth School of Business.

Mr. Sundby analyzes trends in the economy and financial markets for Guggenheim Investments and presents related information to financial advisors and their clients. Prior to joining Guggenheim in 2023, Mr. Sundby was an equity research analyst for William Blair & Co., where he focused on the recreation and leisure industry. He joined William Blair as an equity research associate in 2008. Before that, he was a financial analyst at Bank of America. Mr. Sundby earned a B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He is FINRA Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 registered.
