Expanding into space

A half century after humans began exploring space, there has been a renewed focus on space. The catalysts are declining launch costs, advances in technology, high levels of private funding, and rejuvenated public-sector interest. Morgan Stanley Research believes the investment implications could be significant, with multiple potential opportunities in an industry which, by their estimate, may generate more than $1 trillion in revenues by 2040, up from $350 billion in July 2020.*
