Yijia is a vice president for Calvert Research and Management. She is an ESG quantitative research analyst and index manager, responsible for quantitative analysis in support of the product team managing Calvert Responsible Indexes and developing new investment products. She joined Calvert Research and Management in 2018. Yijia began her career in the investment management industry in 2014. Before joining Calvert Research and Management, she was a research analyst at Indufor North America. Previously, she was an investment ratings analyst on ESG risk with the Asset Owners Disclosure Project. Yijia earned a B.A. from East China Normal University and an M.S. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Washington, D.C. and is a CFA charterholder.

Kristen Grant, CSRIC
Associate Responsible Investment Strategy Specialist

Kristen Grant is an associate responsible investment strategy specialist for Calvert Research and Management, which specializes in responsible and sustainable investing across global markets. She is responsible for the suite of strategies focused on responsible investing, encompassing actively and passively managed U.S. and international equity strategies, fixed-income strategies and asset allocation funds. She is responsible for client and internal communications and insights on investment strategy and portfolio positioning. She joined Calvert Research and Management in 2021.

Kristen began her career in the investment management industry in 2016. She has been affiliated with the Eaton Vance organization since 2016. Previously at Eaton Vance, she worked as an internal wholesaler team leader. Kristen earned a B.A. and a B.S. from Providence College.

She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and holds the Chartered SRI Counselor (CSRIC) designation.
