James Hyde
Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development, ICE-NYSE U.S. Options

James Hyde is the former Vice Chairman of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and is currently Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development at ICE-NYSE U.S. Options. Mr. Hyde has extensive experience as a Registered Options Trader, Head of Operations, and a technology front-end developer with various proprietary analytical-trading platforms. Mr. Hyde currently serves as a board member for the Security Traders Association of New York and STA National, where he is also Chairman of the Listed Option Committee. Mr. Hyde served on the Advisory Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a former honoree of BlackRock’s “A Brighter Tomorrow for Our Children” charity event. He earned a BS in Finance from St. John’s University.

Dwijen A. Gandhi
Senior Director, Head of NYSE Indices, ICE-NYSE

Dwijen A. Gandhi is a Senior Director and Head of NYSE Indices within the ICE Data Services division of ICE-NYSE. In this role, he and his team are responsible for the index licensing and index/ETF calculation services offered to ETP issuers, index providers, and other financial firms. Prior to working at ICE, Dwijen worked at the American Stock Exchange within the New Product Development area and then at NYSE Euronext within the Global Index & Exchange Traded Products team. Dwijen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major concentration in Economics and Biological Sciences, and a minor concentration in Financial Economics.

Todd Rich
Senior Strategist, Investor Education, E*TRADE Securities LLC

Todd Rich is a Senior Strategist of Investor Education with E*TRADE Securities. Todd joined E*TRADE with the acquisition of OptionsHouse, where he was President of OptionMonster, an education and media entity. He’s had an extensive career in the financial industry, having been a market maker on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and then migrating into working directly for the exchanges with stints at Eurex, BOX Options, and the New York Stock Exchange. He is well-versed in options trading as well as market structure. He has both a BA and MBA from UCLA, and he holds the FINRA Series 7 license and the NFA Series 3 license. Although having grown up in California, he now lives in Chicago with his wife and two sons.
