An affiliated fund means that the fund is issued, sponsored, managed or sub-advised by an affiliate of Morgan Stanley, which runs the E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley platform. Morgan Stanley and/or its affiliates generally earn more money from affiliated funds than from unaffiliated funds. Therefore, we have a conflict of interest to promote affiliated funds. For more information, go to Affiliated Product Disclosure.
